• Refunds are available only within 14 days of purchase.
• To be eligible, the product must not have been used or redeemed in-game.
• Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on the following:

• Used or redeemed Minecraft ranks, kits, or crates.
• Downloadable software or game files once accessed.
• Services rendered (e.g., custom builds, support packages).

Processing Time
